GRITTI is an oval-shaped Venetian mirror with a romantic and classic frame adorned with typical decorations inspired by Venetian design.
Exclusively made by hand, this mirror will lend a distinguished touch to any interior and it can be positioned in the hallway, living room, dressing room or bedroom.
Hand-engraved classic motifs and the Murano glass elements, curls and flowers in pink and orange on a silver background, enriched the mirrored glass band and make it perfect for timeless environment.
It is interesting to know that the round of central twisted reeds are pulled by hand and worked in a single fusion in order to create the oval and the right combination of reeds.
You may decide to customize the object and modify size, colour, decorations and add a aged mirrored finish.

About RV Murano
Giovanni Simionato is the young man behind RV Murano, the youngest generation of a family of Venetian glass and mirror masters, which bears witness to an ancient art handed down in his family for generations, since the end of the nineteenth century.
Giovanni’s journey into the finest art of Venetian mirrors begins in his father’s atelier, learning the ropes as a child. Growing up, he learned the secrets of tradition and started to work in his family workshop until his vision and dreams matured.
RV Murano’s young artisans handcraft Venetian mirrors mastered by tradition, but featuring a younger vision. Starting from a classical base, Giovanni prefers cleaner lines, brighter and sharpers colours, by respecting the values of glass processing such as engraving, grinding and fusing glass.
